„Herr Klausener, he [Heß] said, was not murdered; he killed himself in his office. The mass of German Catholics regarded Nazism as the only alternative to Communism, and therefore as a bulwark of Christian civilization against the materialism of Moscow; and the young Catholics whose opinion would count in the future, were nearly all National Socialists.” The Times, London, 07.08.1934: „France and the Nazis. German Leaders’ Statements”.
